TICKET RESTRUCTURE
In effect from 1st April 2024
With the ongoing global factors, which have seen an increase in running costs for all businesses, we have seen a wide range of companies increase their pricing to counteract these costs. As a small business, we thrive on our close customer support and network whilst remaining aware of the general cost of living that affects everyone. With this in mind, we have restructured our ticket offerings for our sessions, which offers you more choice including added flexibility and benefits.
We have the following 3 ticket choices for our Football Tots and School Age Weekly Sessions:
- BULK 4+ TICKET – (£6.50 per person, per session) – Allows the opportunity to book between 4 to 7 consecutive sessions which is ideal for regular players who attend weekly at the same location. This ticket is for a single attendee. The conditions of this ticket are: a minimum of 4 consecutive sessions (weekly) at the same venue/location must be booked in order to obtain the discounted ticket price. These 4 or more consecutive weeks can fall either side of a half term holiday period. Discount will be applied at checkout if the conditions are met for the bulk discount.
- 10 SESSION TICKET – £67.50 (£6.75 per person, per session) – Perfect for Siblings and varying locations. This ticket can be found under the ‘Passes’ tab on the booking system. The conditions of this ticket are: This ticket is registered and recognised to the initial email address/account used at purchase. You will need to book your first session upon purchasing this pass to activate it. From the date of the first session booked, you have a 150 day period to use the remaining 9 sessions (please note, you are required to book all sessions as normal, using the email address at purchase. The sessions will automatically be deducted from your session pass running total with a £0 cost). This can be used for multiple attendees (siblings) across all venues/locations.
- Pay As You Go TICKET – £7.50 per person, per session – Most Flexible Ticket. This ticket offers full flexibility for those wishing not to commit to a designated period of time. Subject to availability, you can book onto any session with the PAYG ticket up to the session start time.
As per our Terms and Conditions, all tickets are non transferable.
FAQ’s
Q – Which sessions can I use the 10 session pass on?
A – Any football tots or school age football session.
Q – Do I have to book all 10 sessions in one go when I purchase a 10 session pass?
A – No. You can book as many sessions as you like at a time and the system will automatically take it off your remaining quota of sessions on your pass.
Q – Will the bulk booking discount apply if I book for my child and a sibling or a friends child?
A – No. The bulk booking discount for 4 or more sessions is only applicable for a single attendee booking on to a minimum of 4 consecutive sessions.
Q – How do I know how many sessions I have left on my 10 sessions pass if I have forgotten to keep a record of what I have used?
A – If you have an account on our booking system (BookWhen), you login to your account and this information will appear on your account page. If you do not have an account, you can contact us providing us with your email address used to purchase the pass with and we can give you the number of sessions left on your pass.
Q – How will I know if the system will take the booking off the pass I purchased?
A – Before completing your booking, the system will show you that it has used your pass to book the ticket and will reduce the cost to £0. You will not have to provide any payment details to complete the booking.
Q – Can I turn up and pay cash at a session?
A – No. Due to limited numbers within a session, we are unable to accept walk ins on the day, booking online is required. Exceptions to this can be made with prior authorisation from the management team.
Q – If I’m unable to attend, can I gift the ticket to a friend?
A – Yes, as long as prior notice is given to the management team with the relevant details of the new attendee.

FREE DELIVERY – Please note free delivery is available for all orders, to receive this free delivery please go to delivery options and click the downwards arrow on “Elite+ Unlimited UK Delivery Membership”. Then Press Add to Bag for Elite+ Standard Delivery. This will show at a cost of £9.95 but when you click Add to bag button this will process free of charge. You will be able to see the green banner at the top of the page which says you have qualified for Elite+ Free Standard Delivery.
10% DISCOUNT CODE – Please note that the 10% Discount Code in your welcome email cannot be used on the first order. If you try to use this code on your first order you will not also receive the free delivery as standard so please only use the discount code on future orders after the initial order.

- Please click on this link and register for a ProDirect account or sign in to an existing account if you already have one. Upon completion of this registration, you will automatically receive a welcome email, this includes your 10% discount code which can be used on any non-sale products on www.prodirectsoccer.com. By completing this registration your account will also automatically gain Elite Plus membership, which entitles you to free delivery on all orders + much more. Please note that the automatic email you receive may say that the discount code can only be used on boots, however, the code will work on all non-sale products.
- Once you have completed this registration for the first time, the shop will appear with all the 1st Touch Football Coaching items. The link can be used to access the club shop whenever you would like.
- To add a product to your basket, simply click on the photo of the product. This will open the page for that product.
- Please then select your chosen kit size & Press the black “Customise” button. (Please note that all tops, jackets etc will have the 1st touch football coaching badge & sponsor logo applied as standard on your order) Once you click the black “Customise” button, a pop up will then appear which shows the item with the 1st touch football coaching badge & sponsor logo where applicable (Please note the badge & logo may not show in the correct position on this photo, but our production experts will apply the badge & logo in the correct position). Unfortunately we are unable to print a name, number or initials on the garments.
- Please then click “Finish Customisation” & then “Add to Bag”
- Please note for shorts & socks you should click onto the photo of the product & then select your size and press “Add to Bag” Shorts & Socks will come without a badge.
- Repeat Steps 3-5 or 6 for shorts & socks for all products you would like to order.
- After you have added all your required items, click “Checkout Now”. This will take you to the checkout page where you confirm your contact details, delivery address, chosen delivery option & make payment using the payment options section.
